Bloom
Bloom found the clients a local business was about to lose, and wrote to each one personally.
Nobody cancels a salon. They quietly stop coming, and the owner finds out months later, if ever. Bloom read a booking export, worked out each client's own visit rhythm, flagged the ones drifting from it, and had Gemini draft a personal note the owner approved before it sent.
The whole thesis fit in two clients: Aisha and Jane were both 44 days since their last visit. Aisha came every 8 weeks, so she was fine and Bloom stayed silent. Jane came every 4 weeks, so she was leaving. Rules decided who. Gemini decided what to say.
I built it for the XPRIZE Build with Gemini competition in the Small Business Services category and submitted it on August 15, 2026. It did not place. The competition rewarded real paying customers and I never found them, which was the honest gap the whole time.
